Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Python Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs, both RESTful and SOAP, for seamless integration with external systems.
• Optimize and improve the performance of existing Python applications and services.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain coding standards and best practices across the development team.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Python development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in working with version control tools, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular).
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading in Python.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
